About Jarrahwood
Jarrahwood is a small timber town in the South West of Western Australia, on the Vasse Highway about 36 km south-east of Busselton. It grew around sawmilling in the surrounding jarrah forest from 1902 and was gazetted in 1932; the local mill closed in 1982 and the town's population declined.
