About Shays Flat
Shays Flat is a rural locality in the Northern Grampians Shire in north-western Victoria, in the farming district near Landsborough. The former Shay's Flat State School, closed in 1920, served the locality, and the old Crowlands-Navarre railway line (opened 1914, closed 1954) passed through the area. The Joel South Natural Features Reserve lies within the locality.
