About Lake Boga
Lake Boga is a town in the Mallee region of north-west Victoria, about 17 kilometres south-east of Swan Hill, on the shore of the lake of the same name. During World War II it hosted a secret Royal Australian Air Force base beyond the range of Japanese aircraft, and a restored PBY Catalina flying boat is on display beside the lake, which is popular for water skiing.
