About Haven
Haven is a town in the Wimmera region of Victoria, Australia, located five kilometres south of Horsham. Formerly part of the Horsham common, the area was subdivided in 1909 for irrigation farms. It features a primary school established in 1912 and a community hall built in 1925, and holds monthly markets. The town was threatened by the 2009 Black Saturday bushfires but was spared.
