About Bundalaguah

Bundalaguah is a rural locality in the Gippsland region of Victoria, midway between Sale and Maffra. The name is thought to derive from an Aboriginal expression describing the junction of the Thomson and Macalister Rivers. Bundalaguah Primary School opened in 1872 and still operates, and a public hall built in 1954 was reopened in 2013 after community petitioning.
