About West Wodonga
West Wodonga is a residential locality on the western side of Wodonga, developed from the 1970s as part of the Albury-Wodonga Growth Centre. It contains the La Trobe University Wodonga campus and Wodonga TAFE, and sits beneath the Hunchback Hill complex on the western edge of the ring of hills framing the city. The locality includes the Felltimber Creek wetlands and is traversed by the Hume Freeway.
