About Upper Lurg
Upper Lurg is a small rural locality approximately 15 kilometres south-west of Benalla in the Benalla Rural City, in north-east Victoria. The landscape features green rolling hills, scattered granite boulders and established eucalypts, with the area supporting sheep and cattle grazing and some viticulture at the foothills where the Broken River valley rises toward the Strathbogie Ranges.
