About Dolphin Sands
Dolphin Sands is a coastal locality on Tasmania's East Coast, on a peninsula between Great Oyster Bay and the Moulting Lagoon, about 10 kilometres south-east of Swansea. Made up of holiday shacks and permanent homes, it fronts Nine Mile Beach, which stretches about 13 kilometres along Great Oyster Bay, and adjoins the Moulting Lagoon Game Reserve, an important habitat for black swans.
