About Birchmore
Birchmore is a locality in the Australian state of South Australia located on Kangaroo Island about 138 kilometres (86 miles) south-west of the state capital of Adelaide and about 20 kilometres (12 miles) south-east of the municipal seat of Kingscote. Its boundaries were created in May 2002 for the “long established name” which was derived from the Birchmore Community Hall, a facility located within the locality’s boundaries.
