About Paskeville
Paskeville is a town on South Australia's Yorke Peninsula, about 20 kilometres east of Kadina on the Copper Coast Highway. It developed around a railway station opened in 1878 on the Port Wakefield to Kadina line and was named in 1880 after General Edward Hanson Paske. The town is best known as the host of the Yorke Peninsula Field Days, one of Australia's oldest and largest agricultural shows, and lies on the traditional lands of the Narungga people.
