About Cumberland Park
Cumberland Park is a residential suburb of Adelaide in the City of Mitcham, South Australia, located five kilometres south of the Adelaide city centre. Bordered by Cross Road, Goodwood Road, Edward Street and Winston Avenue, the suburb was historically vast farmland with no residential occupation until the early 1900s. Today it is primarily residential with shops along Goodwood Road including Big W and Woolworths. Cabra Dominican College, a private Catholic co-educational college for years 7 to 12, is located on Cross Road.
