About Heathpool

Heathpool is a small, affluent residential suburb approximately four kilometres east of the Adelaide CBD, within the City of Norwood Payneham and St Peters. Named after the ancestral home of early settler George Reed, who established Heathpool Farm in 1838, the suburb is renowned for its highly intact Inter-War architecture including bungalow, Arts and Crafts and Georgian Revival styles on tree-lined streets such as Stannington Avenue and Rothbury Avenue.
