About Vinegar Hill
Vinegar Hill is a rural locality in the Lockyer Valley Region of Queensland, located approximately 9 kilometres north-north-west of Gatton. Most of the locality lies within the Lockyer National Park, which extends into neighbouring Seventeen Mile and Ringwood, with the hill Vinegar Hill rising to 391 metres in the south-west. The area is characterised by rugged bushland and grazing on native vegetation beyond the national park boundaries.
