About Cronulla

Cronulla is a beachside suburb of Sydney in the Sutherland Shire, New South Wales, located 26 kilometres south of the CBD. Its name derives from the Aboriginal word Kurranulla, meaning place of the small pink seashell, in the language of the Gweagal people. Situated on a peninsula between Botany Bay and Port Hacking, it is renowned for its surf beaches and coastal lifestyle.
