About Springvale (NSW)
Springvale is an outer southern suburb of Wagga Wagga in the Riverina region of New South Wales, located to the south of Bourkelands and west of Lake Albert on Holbrook Road. Named after natural springs in the area, the land was traditionally occupied by the Wiradjuri people. The suburb has a semi-rural character with large-lot residential zoning and is part of Wagga Wagga's Southern Growth Area. The Plumpton Road Active Travel Pathway received $4.9 million in NSW Government funding. The suburb is in the state electorate of Wagga Wagga and the federal Division of Riverina.
