About Burra Creek
Burra Creek is a sparsely settled pastoral locality in the Riverina region, named after the mostly perennial creek that rises below The Sisters and flows through to join Muttama Creek in the Murrumbidgee catchment. The landscape of undulating grazing land has been shaped by generations of sheep and cattle farming, and residents rely on the heritage town of Gundagai for services and amenities.
