About Berry Jerry

Berry Jerry is a rural locality in the eastern Riverina of New South Wales, within Coolamon Shire, approximately 35 kilometres west of Wagga Wagga along the Sturt Highway. The flat to gently undulating landscape supports mixed farming of wheat, barley and canola alongside Merino sheep grazing on rich alluvial soils. The Murrumbidgee River flanks the locality, with river red gum forests protected as part of Murrumbidgee Valley National Park, popular for fishing for Murray cod and golden perch, bush camping and birdwatching.
