About Upper Wilsons Creek
Upper Wilsons Creek is a small hinterland locality in the Wilsons Creek valley, about 15 kilometres southwest of Mullumbimby in the Byron Shire. Set among rainforest remnants, creek flats and rolling subtropical countryside, it has become a haven for artists, permaculture practitioners and those drawn to the alternative culture of the Byron Bay hinterland. Mullumbimby, with its cafes, markets and community events, is the nearest town.
