About Fawcetts Plain

Fawcetts Plain is a rural locality in the Kyogle Council area of the Northern Rivers region, New South Wales. The landscape is flat country on the Richmond River floodplain, surrounded by subtropical forest. Named after the Fawcett family who held a pastoral station in the area from the 1840s, it sits near the Border Ranges and Toonumbar National Parks.
