About Wongwibinda

Wongwibinda is a remote rural locality on the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales, roughly 70 kilometres east of Armidale within the Armidale Regional Council area. Originally known as Kangaroo Hills, the area covers rolling high country used for cattle and sheep grazing, surrounded by native bushland and bordered by creeks. It lies near the edge of the New England tablelands escarpment, close to Ebor and the waterfall country of the region.
