About Klori

Klori is a remote rural locality in the Liverpool Plains of New South Wales, about 55 kilometres west of Tamworth. The area features open pastoral country on undulating terrain with red-brown clay soils, and is home to the Klori Travelling Stock Reserve, a 75-hectare remnant of critically endangered grassy white box woodland. Less than 0.01 per cent of this ecological community remains in Australia, making the reserve nationally significant for its more than 200 recorded plant species.
