About Ettamogah
Ettamogah is a rural locality in the Murray region of New South Wales, on the Hume Highway north of Albury around Table Top. Cartoonist Ken Maynard's imaginary Ettamogah Pub in the Australasian Post magazine gave the area lasting fame, and in 1987 a novelty replica of that cartoon building was built here as a roadside tourist attraction. The locality also has wineries and the Ettamogah Wildlife Sanctuary.
