Number One is a small rural locality in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales, within the Mid-Coast Council area, about 360 km north of Sydney. It lies on the eastern bank of the Rowleys River, just north of its junction with the Nowendoc River, about 17 km west of Caparra.
