About Nabiac
Nabiac is a small town on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, in Mid-Coast Council, and is the central town of the Wallamba Valley. It began as a river port for the timber trade in the late 1800s, later turning to dairying and corn growing as the valley was cleared. The Pacific Highway was rerouted through the town in the 1960s, and it is now a highway service town and tourist stop between Forster and Taree.
