About Myall Lake

Myall Lake is a locality in the Mid-Coast Council local government area in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales, about 250 kilometres north of Sydney. The locality is dominated by Myall Lake, the largest of the Myall Lakes, a series of shallow coastal lakes listed as a Ramsar wetland in 1999 and surrounded mostly by the Myall Lakes National Park. The Myall River drains the lakes into Port Stephens between Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest.
