About King Creek
King Creek is a semi-rural locality in the Port Macquarie-Hastings Council area of the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, located approximately 15 kilometres southwest of Port Macquarie. Named after the King Creek waterway, the locality covers approximately 17 square kilometres with a mix of large lot residential, primary production and environmental conservation land. The area is growing steadily as a residential area beyond the Port Macquarie urban fringe and is popular with families and those priced out of the town centre. The locality has good access to Port Macquarie's services, beaches and schools via the Oxley Highway corridor and offers bushwalking, horse riding and outdoor recreation.
