About Curricabark

Curricabark is a rural locality in the Manning River catchment of New South Wales, at the point where the Curricabark River flows into the Barnard River. Its name comes from a Gathang word meaning an upland valley with a narrow outlet, and the district was opened up for grazing by the Australian Agricultural Company in the 1860s.
