About Carrai
Carrai is a sparsely populated rural locality on the mid-north coast of New South Wales, in the rugged granite country of the Carrai Plateau inland from Kempsey. The plateau, with its eucalypt forest and subtropical rainforest and steep escarpments falling to the Macleay River, is largely protected as Carrai National Park.
