About Mount Lindsey
Mount Lindsey is a sparsely populated rural locality in Wingecarribee Shire in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, about 88 km south-west of Sydney. The locality takes its name from Mount Lindsey, a 691-metre peak in the Great Dividing Range, and borders the neighbouring locality of Avon.
