About Calderwood

Calderwood is a suburb in the City of Shellharbour in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, lying to the north-west of Albion Park. Once a sparsely populated area, it is being redeveloped by Lendlease as a residential suburb and grew from 173 residents in 2016 to more than 3,000 in 2021. The suburb has an 18-hole golf course at Calderwood Valley and the Calderwood Christian School.
