About Dripstone
Dripstone is a small rural locality in the Dubbo Regional Council area of New South Wales, situated along Burrendong Way about 15 kilometres from Wellington. The area is characterised by mixed farming on fertile red and brown loam soils, with properties engaged in cropping and livestock grazing. The locality lies within reach of Burrendong Dam, a significant water storage and recreational site on the Macquarie River.
