About Curban
Curban is a sparsely populated rural locality on the western plains, about 35 kilometres north of Gilgandra in the Coonamble Shire. The landscape is flat to gently undulating country suited to broad-acre cropping and sheep and cattle grazing. A railway station operated on the Coonamble branch line from 1903 to 1974.
