About Safety Beach (NSW)
Safety Beach is a coastal locality in the City of Coffs Harbour on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, about 20 kilometres north of Coffs Harbour along the Pacific Highway corridor near Woolgoolga. The suburb fronts a long sandy beach, about 1.2 kilometres of sand beside the mouth of Darkum Creek running to South Mullaway Head. The beach is unpatrolled and dog-friendly, making it popular with dog walkers and kayakers, while the locality is primarily residential with services in nearby Woolgoolga and Coffs Harbour.
