About Pikapene

Pikapene is a rural locality in the Clarence Valley of New South Wales, traversed by Kimbin Pikapene Road between Busbys Flat and the Richmond Range. The locality takes its name from Mount Pikapene, and much of its area is occupied by Mount Pikapene National Park, gazetted in 1999, which protects tall moist rainforests of the southern Richmond Range; its highest peak, Big Sugarloaf, rises 525 metres above sea level.
