About Crowther Island
Crowther Island is a small island and rural locality in the Clarence River in northern New South Wales, north of Grafton. It was named after Charles Crowther, a tenant of a farm opposite the island, who farmed the island along with the farm. The low-lying river-flat locality borders the localities of Junction Hill, Koolkhan and Seelands.
