About Upper Nile
Upper Nile is a sparsely populated rural locality in the Central West of New South Wales, south-east of Mudgee in the Mid-Western Regional Council area. It sits on undulating tableland on the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range, in the district between Rylstone and Glen Alice. The locality is remote grazing and farming country of open eucalypt woodland, ridgelines and creek systems.
