About Curragh
Curragh is a sparsely populated rural locality in the Bathurst Regional Council area in the tablelands of the Central West of New South Wales, in the upper Abercrombie River country between Bathurst and Crookwell. The rolling cleared tablelands and forest country sits at around 600 metres elevation and is reached by Curragh Road.
