Frying Pan is a rural locality in the Snowy Monaro region of south-east New South Wales, south of Adaminaby on the high Monaro tableland. Colonised from the 1830s, it lies in the Snowy Mountains country around Lake Eucumbene, created for the Snowy Mountains Scheme.
