About Little Italy
Little Italy is a remote rural locality in the Shire of Lake Grace of the Wheat Belt region of Western Australia, located about 327 kilometres from Perth. The unusual name likely derives from early Italian settlement in the area, part of the broader pattern of Italian migration to Western Australia from the 1880s onwards during the Kalgoorlie gold rush era.
