About Whyalla Jenkins
Whyalla Jenkins is a residential suburb of the city of Whyalla in South Australia, located 7 kilometres west of the Whyalla central business district. Named in 1975 after local identities, the suburb is in the state electorate of Giles and the federal Division of Grey. Whyalla is South Australia's fourth-largest city, known as the Steel City for its industrial heritage. Whyalla Jenkins is bordered by Middleback Range and Whyalla Stuart.
