About Fadden
Fadden is a residential suburb in the Tuggeranong district of Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, gazetted on 5 August 1981. Named after Sir Arthur Fadden, who served as Prime Minister briefly in 1941, the suburb's streets are named after Queensland politicians. Fadden is bounded by Erindale Drive, the Wanniassa Hills Nature Reserve and the Fadden Pine Plantation, a recreational area with playground and barbecue facilities. Two areas of Canberra Nature Park are within the suburb.
